Beit Lehi / Beit Loya: A complicated place

One of the joys of an archaeological dig is to watch the visitors who come to take part in the dig. In this case, a school group came to take part.  






A TARGET RANGE

The archaeological dig site, is a military base used for mortar practice.  Luckily, for the archaeological remains, the military suspended the shelling. There are several remains of mortar tails, etc., with one in particular that would play into our story.
